Elvira M. Sutherland
President
Ms. Sutherland is responsible for the overall management, day-to-day operations of in-house engineering and administrative personnel, including bid preparation and cost estimates. She has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a US accredited university abroad. She has more than 35 years of experience in building construction and renovation both locally and abroad. Her extensive experience includes working on government projects in the state and federal arena. Previously, she has worked with general contractors certified under the (8a) SBA program as Chief Estimator, Project Manager, Safety Officer (CHST and STSC), and Quality Control Manager.
Vincent J. Sutherland
Vice President / Corporate Safety Officer
Mr. Sutherland has 27 years of global Maritime environmentally responsible experience firmly anchored in a proven track record for safety. He has extensive safety training and experience primarily in the maritime arena and also in construction which included the renovation of marine berth and terminal facilities. He has worked as a Maritime Safety Officer, Port Captain, Captain of vessels, Merchant Marine Officer/Navigator. Possesses very keen ability at detecting at risk practices that impacts the safety of lives and property. Strong ability to handle difficult and challenging circumstances with ease and assurance. Unwavering commitment to serve in full accord with the letter and spirit of applicable laws and standards.
